The Seed Hunter is a new British seed company founded by chefs turned growers, tracking down rare heirloom vegetable, herb and edible flower seeds from around the world. We choose open-pollinated varieties for the way they taste, the stories they carry and the growers who keep them alive, with real provenance and a focus on flavour rather than shelf life.
